My experience with health and fitness began in 1998 when I was 16, being a fan of Bruce Lee films, I really wanted to try martial arts, so I signed up with a local Tae Kwon Do club and trained with them for 4 years. My name is Rhuel, I’m a fully qualified personal trainer, gym instructor and nutritional advisor. My journey to become a Personal Trainer started when I was 18. From a young age I grew up surrounded by sports such as football, basketball, boxing, athletics and other various activities. I also believe that keeping active and having a balanced diet can assist towards living a more healthy lifestyle, which is why I enjoy doing what I do so much. I love getting to know people and enjoy the ‘personal’ aspect of 1 to 1 sessions. I believe it improves performance in training by giving a feeling of trust, support, motivation as well as a more pleasant experience overall.

Personal Training sessions can be 30 minutes or 60 Minute Sessions. To ensure you stay committed to achieving your lifestyle goals, sessions are payable by Direct Debit in either 4, 8 or 12 sessions per month* (*T&C apply)
