All our group fitness classes are instructor led & offer a fantastic way to keep your workouts fun, varied & leaving you wanting to come back for more!

We have a fitness class for everyone! Whether you can spare 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes each class is designed to ensure you get the most out of the time you invest.
