Attack

A sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises

Combat

The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

Step

Improve and tone your lower body and improve your coordination and general fitness in this class.

Blast

Evolution becomes revolution, Blast transforms out dated one-dimensional body conditioning exercises into dynamic, tri-planar movement to target the whole body and get results

HIIT / Insanity

Carry on burning calories hours long after you finish a workout with High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT. Exercise in intense bursts of activity with short recovery times in between. This kicks your metabolism into overdrive. You also build up an oxygen debt, which is then repaid by your body burning fat for hours afterwards. Ideal for fast results.

Aqua Aerobics

All the benefit of land based aerobic exercise with the support of a pool environment.

Zumba

Ditch the workout, join the party! The Zumba class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.

20/20/20

A 60 minute class in sections including three of the following aerobic, step, tone and stretch.

Primetime

Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified group exercise class that recreates all the original moves you love at a lower intensity.

Strength

Pump

Super barbell class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast!

Legs, Bums and Tums

Designed to target those "problem" areas, strengthening the legs, buttocks and abdominal area. .

Abs Blast

30 minute class designed to challenge, strengthen and tone the abdominal area.

Core Stability

Designed to improve the strength of your core muscles including abdominals and lower back. This class may utilise core balls, medicine balls and Bosu. See individual club for more details.

Circuits - Strength

Session set out in stations each of which works a different muscles group to challenges your total body while improving your strength.

Holistic

Yoga – Hatha

This class focusses on body alignment, posture and breathing to help gain strength of body and mind as well as improve flexibility.

Yoga - Iyenga

This class utilises belts, blocks and poles to assist the participant achieve better posture and flexibility whilst performing the "Asanas" (yoga poses)

Pilates

A calming class that will strengthen your core and help you gain improved postural awareness.
